Return Policy
At Epoxy Supply Co, we want to ensure our customers have a clear and straightforward return process.
Returns
All returns must be initiated and completed within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns received or requested after the 14-day return period will not be accepted.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, when applicable.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returned merchandise is subject to inspection before a refund is issued.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are otherwise not in their original condition are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Epoxy Supply Co is not responsible for returned packages that are lost or damaged in transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your eligible refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
